He works as a consultant at a top-tier financial consulting firm in Toronto. Over his 14-year career, he has supported the growth of more than 140 companies by structuring debt vehicles to finance them. Stéfano leads projects focused on corporate lending innovation, SMB lending, fintech, and leadership education. An engineer with master’s degree in law, he spent six years in the Investment Banking team at Deutsche Bank and developed companies from scratch, such as a55 fintech (a pioneer venture fund in Brazil and Mexico that has financed more than 600 SaaS/e-commerce companies in Brazil and Mexico) and Allidem— a strategic consulting firm that helps scale-ups and leaders improve their sales through branding, marketing, and communication techniques (having led strategies for multinationals and projects such as the Brazilian Blockchain “Nasdaq” and the pioneering class 1 drones from ex-Embraer leaders).

Born in São Paulo, Brazil, he has also lived in Germany, the United Kingdom, and the United States, and is currently based in Toronto, Canada. Passionate about cultures, he has visited 52 countries and is a true defender of free speech, free markets, the rule of law, property rights, and individual agency.
