John is a philosopher, entrepreneur, human rights activist, businessman, public policy specialist, creative writer, and classical liberal. He holds a BA in Humanities from the University of Malawi. John is the founder and Executive Director of the Manson Institute for Leadership Education, co-founder and Director of Operations at Blazers Sports Academy, Country Director for the Bastiat Society Program at the American Institute for Economic Research (AIER), and a Next-Gen Leaders and Policy Fellow at the Centre for Human Flourishing.

Previously, he served as the National Coordinator and Global Campaign Director Fellow (FMR) at Students for Liberty, IDEAS Ambassador at Liberty Sparks, and Brand Ambassador at the African Leadership Institute. His professional expertise includes organizational and enterprise development, strategy development, team and project management, entrepreneurship training, and policy research and analysis. John is passionate about leadership and entrepreneurship and enjoys coaching and mentoring fellow youths to help them unleash their full potential.
