As a Public Communication Officer for the Judiciary of Kenya, she focused on public education and training. Belinder also has experience as a Court Clerk, contributing to the smooth operation of the judicial process. In the non-profit sector, she worked as a Program Officer for the Youth Empowerment Program, demonstrating skills in event planning and resource mobilization. Earlier in her career, she taught at Nyandiwa Secondary School, providing support to teachers and advocating for important topics such as children’s rights and gender justice.

Belinder is the Founder and CEO of BridgeAfrica, dedicated to promoting constructive political discussions in Africa.
