Belinder has a diverse professional background, including roles in program management, communication, education, and training. She has served as the Head of Programs at the Environment and Land Court, Judiciary of Kenya, specializing in strategic planning and stakeholder engagement. As a Public Communication Officer for the Judiciary of Kenya, she focused on public education and training. Belinder also has experience as a Court Clerk, contributing to the smooth operation of the judicial process. In the non-profit sector, she worked as a Program Officer for the Youth Empowerment Program, demonstrating skills in event planning and resource mobilization. Earlier in her career, she taught at Nyandiwa Secondary School, providing support to teachers and advocating for important topics such as children’s rights and gender justice.

Belinder is the Founder and CEO of BridgeAfrica, dedicated to promoting constructive political discussions in Africa. She also contributes to the global campaign of BPUR International and serves as the Africa Regional Coordinator for the Bastiat Society Program. As a Guest Writer for the International Federation of Liberal Youth, she offers a liberal perspective on governance, human rights, and the rule of law in Africa.
