
Ahmed Allouch

I have been working as an Adviser at the Tunisian People’s Representative Assembly (Parliament) since 2009. I am a founding member and the Vice-President of the “Youth Without Borders – Tunisia” organization since 2011, an Executive Board member and North Africa Representative of “Innovation For Change – Hub Afrique” since 2017, and an Advisory Board Member of ALDA – European Association for Local Democracy – since 2023.
I am active in civil society through various NGOs, primarily Youth Without Borders since 2011. I coordinate and manage numerous national and regional programs and projects, particularly in the fields of democracy, youth, women, and elections. I specialize in youth engagement, civic participation, volunteering, democracy, human rights, women’s empowerment, elections, and local governance. Additionally, I serve as a national and international election observer.
I hold a Master’s degree in Management, specializing in “The Company and the European Market,” a Specialized Master’s degree in “Management of Associations and NGOs,” an Executive Master’s degree in Sports Organization Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Management.
